MY ALLEGIANCE ISN'T TO ANY POLITICAL PARTY AND/OR IDEOLOGY, BUT ONLY TO GOD, FAMILY AND COUNTRY. An answer to those who criticize my citizenship status, my political views/ideas/values.

I am not for illegal immigration, and/or lawlessness,  in fact I have been a naturalized citizen for over 40 years, been in the US military for more than 35, a husband and father of two, an artist, a writer, a teacher, and a patriot. I do not pledge allegiance to any political party and/or ideology, I pledge my allegiance in God, family, country and faithful/honest friends, colleagues and or leaders.


 

I am an independent because I have voted for both US parties, both democrats and republicans, however,  since after George W Bush presidency, I have lost my faith/hope in the Republican Party, because they have lied, deceived the American people, and facts show that only care about their own interests and that of rich and corporations. In short, republicans don't care about the middle class.As a matter of fact, they always say that they want to shrink government, but then they turn around and they tell us that they want to increase defense spending! They also deny the effects of global warming, when the whole world's scientific community has proved that it is caused by fossil fuels. 

And finally republicans shot down the government many times, denying workers their pay, while they get paid and get all their benefits, and the federal workers get jack shit!
Republicans also are quick and always willing to cut social programs for the middle class and the poor, they want to cut Medicare, social security and education! As a Christian they also disappoint me because they stall all legislation that is aimed at making our life better, they block anything that Pr. Obama wants to do. 

Yes, Obama, isn't perfect, but he has done a lot better than the previous President Bush. Republicans say they are for family values, but do not help families, and they do not help the unborn because abortion numbers don't change, they only talk but do not change laws. 

The list could go on forever, hence I stop here and must reiterate again- make clear- that I will never vote for any politician who isn't honest, intelligent and caring. In addition, I will never support leaders who preach hatred, violence and xenophobia (fear), leaders/politicians that aren't for the middle class, for legal immigrants and the poor.

In conclusion, I will never support an ignorant politician who tells lies, doesn't follow/breaks the Constitution, makes fun of immigrants, offends them and incites, and deceives people. In other words I will never support a leader who works only the rich and the corporations. i will vote for a leader who tries his best to do what's right for all citizens, the middle class, the rich and poor too.
